THE GOOD HOME operates the website: www.thegoodagency.eu This site allows users to rent furnished accommodation.
The Renter agrees that credit card payments will be debited remotely by The Good Agency or the booking platform, unless payment is made by bank transfer, online payment provider or in cash if expressly agreed by The Good Agency. The client is responsible and undertakes to guarantee a sufficient balance to allow payment of the amounts relating to the reservation, the deposit and the services due to The Good Agency. The amount charged for the reservation includes: the price of the accommodation, cleaning at the end of the stay, all other additional services selected by the customer and any supplements provided for by these terms and conditions or accepted by the tenant.
1.The tenant is responsible for reading and keeping a copy of the information necessary to access the rented accommodation. Any requests for additional information must be sent to The Good Agency before check-in time.
2. Check-in is possible from 4:00 p.m. on the first day of booking and check-out is no later than 10:00 a.m. on the last day. The Good Agency can accommodate early arrivals or late departures only upon prior request and subject to availability, possibly for an additional charge. Unless expressly authorized by The Good Agency team, non-compliance with arrival and departure times will result in an additional night being charged. Please observe these rules which aim to ensure a pleasant stay for each tenant.
3. The tenant accepts and undertakes to use the apartment responsibly. The Good Agency strictly prohibits organizing parties in the apartments. Any behavior contrary to good morals and public order will therefore result in dismissal of the tenant from the apartment without any compensation and/or without reimbursement if payment has already been made. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, the customer will be charged a supplement (€100 min.).
4. The Good Agency offers free WIFI access, allowing tenants to connect to the Internet. The renter must ensure that all digital resources provided are not used in any way for reproduction or representation purposes, and that any works and materials protected by copyright or related rights, such as texts, images, photographs, musical works and audiovisual, software and video games, must not be made available or communicated to the public without the express authorization of the copyright holders when such authorization is required.
5. Cleaning is included in the reservation price. Tenants are required to leave the apartment in a normal state of dirt (empty bottles must be collected, leftover food and waste must be put in the trash bag, dirty dishes must be in the dishwasher or cleaned by the tenant). In case of non-compliance with cleaning rules, the customer will be charged for additional cleaning costs (€50-100).
6. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation or in the common areas of the residence in which the accommodation is located. If you smoke in the apartment or in the residence or if there is a smell of smoke in the apartment after your departure, The Good Agency will charge you an additional €250.
7. Animals are not accepted. A fee of €250 will be charged in the event of the presence of a pet or indication of the presence of a pet in the accommodation during your stay. This does not apply to animals trained to provide assistance to a disabled person.
1. The photographs presented on the site are for informational purposes only. Although every effort is made to ensure that the photographs, graphic images and texts used to illustrate the apartments displayed give as accurate an image as possible of the accommodation offered, variations may occur, particularly following a change of furniture or renovation. Tenants cannot make any complaints in this regard.
2. The Good Agency cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or insufficiency of the reservation in the event of force majeure, actions of third parties, actions of the tenant or its partners, such as unavailability of the Internet network, access to the website, external intrusion, computer virus, or in the event of unauthorized payment from the guest credit card issuer.
3. The Good Agency declines all liability in the event of indirect damage, in particular loss of profit, actions of third parties, actions of the tenant or its partners.
4. Under penalty of foreclosure, complaints relating to non-performance or poor performance of services must be brought to the attention of The Good Agency in writing within 24 hours of arrival at the apartment.
Specifying the necessary bank details and accepting these terms and conditions and the booking form or booking request constitutes an electronic signature equivalent in value to a physical signature between the parties.
In the event of unavailability of the chosen accommodation, or in the event of force majeure, The Good Agency reserves the right to totally or partially relocate the client to accommodation of equivalent category for the same type of services. All costs relating to the transfer being paid by The Good Agency, which cannot be claimed for payment of any additional compensation.
Belgian law governs these general conditions of sale and any dispute must be resolved exclusively by the competent court of Brussels.
1. These terms and conditions prevail over any general or specific conditions communicated by the tenant.
2. The documents constituting the contractual obligations between the parties are, in descending order of priority; the booking or inquiry form (covering the specific conditions of the rate booked) and the terms and conditions.
3. In the event of a discrepancy between the reservation form and the general conditions, only the clauses of the reservation form apply to the obligation in question.
WARRANTY per unit will be retained by The Good Agency until the rental accommodation is verified upon departure. The guarantee is refunded within 7 days of departure if no damage is noted. Tenants are responsible for all damages that occur during their occupancy (other than normal wear and tear). Tenants must pay all damages (including legal fees) in addition to the security deposit. If the tenant does not respect these general conditions, the guarantee will not be refunded.
Please notify The Good Agency immediately if any damage is found or if a repair needs to be ordered by email to [email protected] Every effort will be made to expedite necessary repairs, but no refunds will be made for mechanical failures, electronic devices, utility interruption/loss. Authorized workers have the legal right to enter the property as needed to make necessary repairs, even if the service call was made before your arrival.
The Good Agency is not responsible for the professional or private activity of the tenant once in the apartment. Only the tenant is responsible for his/her actions/activities once in the apartment.
